Warranty Policy

Products purchased from the DOOGEE Outdoor online store at outdoor.doogee.com include a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We provide free warranty repair service for covered product quality issues during this period.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by human factors, natural disasters, or other external causes.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions, abuse, or misuse.
  • Damage caused by changes or modifications to any part of the product.

How to Request Warranty Service

Service Center in Poland

DOOGEE's after-sales service center in Poland also supports eligible DOOGEE Outdoor purchases. Before visiting or sending a product, contact our after-sales team to confirm the appropriate service arrangement and address.

Mail-in Warranty Service

Please contact service@doogeeoutdoor.cc before sending your product for repair. Our team will provide the repair address and shipping instructions. Include your order number, product model, and a description of the issue.

For covered warranty repairs under this policy, the customer pays the one-way shipping cost to the service center. DOOGEE Outdoor covers the repair cost and the return shipping cost, except where applicable law requires a different arrangement.

For quality-related returns or replacements, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Our registered business address is not a return or repair address. Do not send products there.

Optional Two-Year Warranty

An optional paid extended-warranty service is available to extend the standard one-year warranty by one additional year, for a total warranty period of two years. Contact service@doogeeoutdoor.cc for details and purchase assistance, or review our Extended Warranty Policy.

Your Consumer Rights

This commercial warranty is in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law. You do not need to purchase an extended warranty to exercise those rights.
