DOOGEE Outdoor offers an optional paid extended warranty for devices purchased from outdoor.doogee.com. For a one-time fee of US$49.99, the service adds one year of coverage after the standard one-year warranty, for a total warranty period of two years.

What Is Included

Extended Warranty Coverage

After the original one-year warranty ends, the service provides one additional year of covered repairs and replacements. The total warranty period is two years.

Global Service Support

Whether you are traveling or living in another country, the extended service offers global repair support. Service arrangements and repair times depend on the destination and spare-parts availability. For regions with longer repair cycles or limited parts, our team will discuss the available solution with you.

Priority Customer Support

Customers who purchase the extended warranty receive priority customer support for covered service requests.

Free Replacement of Certain Components

Specific components, such as the screen or battery, that are found to be faulty or worn out will be replaced free of charge during the warranty period, subject to the exclusions below.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by human factors, natural disasters, or other external causes.
  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product instructions, abuse, or misuse.
  • Damage caused by changes or modifications to any part of the product.

How to Request Service

Service Center in Poland

DOOGEE's after-sales service center in Poland also supports eligible DOOGEE Outdoor purchases. Contact our after-sales team before visiting or sending your product to confirm the service arrangement and address.

Mail-in Service

Please contact service@doogeeoutdoor.cc before sending your device for repair. Our team will provide the repair address and shipping instructions.

For covered warranty repairs, the customer pays the one-way shipping cost to the service center. DOOGEE Outdoor covers the repair cost and return shipping cost, except where applicable law requires a different arrangement.

Quality-related returns and replacements are addressed in our Return & Refund Policy. Our registered business address is not a return or repair address.

Your Consumer Rights

This optional commercial warranty is in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer law. You do not need to purchase this service to exercise those rights.
