Products purchased from DOOGEE Outdoor include a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase and lifetime technical support. The limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and product quality issues under normal use.

Before sending a product for repair, contact service@doogeeoutdoor.cc. Our team will confirm the appropriate repair address, including service arrangements at the DOOGEE service center in Poland where applicable. For eligible warranty repairs, the customer pays the one-way shipping cost to the repair center; DOOGEE Outdoor covers the repair and return shipping, except where applicable law requires a different arrangement. Shipping costs for quality-related returns or exchanges are governed separately by our Return & Refund Policy.

This commercial warranty does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
